Currently in fitness mode, its now a 6am alarm call, roll out of bed straight into my running gear for a morning run before work, followed by stretches and then back out with the dogs after work. <br /><br />Looking forward to a bit of time off work, need to get the house finished off and as usual always struggling with the T word. Time is something I often seem to lack.
